a planet with finite resources requiring prudent care and use.

Modern society has come a long way in a paradigm where the needs of business, development, lifestyle and environment are a delicate balance.

The available resources and society's do not always allow the perfecting of this vital balancing act. It now seems probable planetary resources will not sustain the needs of our society much longer.

• How do we find this balance?
• How do we develop business, allow for growth and development & handle resources in a responsible manner while nurturing a society full of vitality and initiative?

This is the question the Tomars Initiative^TM seeks to answer.

Tomars Initiative^TM is a Cooperative Business Incubator headquartered in Dubai to facilitate development of projects focused on Education, Environment, hiTech development and Space.

The goal of the Tomars Initiative^TM is to develop business initiatives which:

• Encourage a pioneering spirit in youth and industry
• Build a business community engaging and educating young people in Environmental, hiTech development and Space initiatives
• Develop solutions for remediation and mitigation of major environmental and social problems facing the future of life:
  
  • Exponential population growth
  • Contaminated environmental conditions
  • Dwindling resources on earth
• Build a cooperative business paradigm able to sustain development into the future

The Tomars concept was first conceived as a family intitiative. The idea was born out of excitement surrounding modern initiatives involving space, education environment and hiTech development.

During the family's business travels time was spent discussing the concept of a collaborative business model with like-minded people and developers globally.

In 2022, after discussions with potential partners, a solid plan was conceived. A business incubator and project management group was formed and registered in UAE.

This plan is called the Tomars Initiative^TM
