Mr Al Hammadi is a respected UAE citizen working on strategic business projects in the UAE and European regions. He has active inerests within the pharmaceutical, real estate, retail and energy sectors.

Mr Al Hammadi advises ToMars Initiative in understanding the regional and UAE national framework guiding Tomars Initiative in line with regional regulatory requirements and decisions instrumental to success within the market.

Mr Makki is Partner in Tomars Initiative and Director - Business Strategy.

Mr Makki came to Dubai in the 1990's to established SAP Middle East where he served in the capacity of President for SAP Middle East. He is currently Senior Strategic Advisor for a number of projects and companies within the Middle East, African and European region including Alvarez & Marsal.

Mr Makki also works in the capacity of Special Advisor to the Presidents of Botswana and Angola, members of Parliament in France and various Executive in the GCC region.

Sethu is a founding Partner of Tomars Initiative and Director - Legal & Business.

He is a Visiting Fellow of the Space Policy Institute at George Washington University, Washington DC. He has published research in Legal & Financing in the Space Sector, Comparisons of National Space Law and Policy, and State Obligations with regard to Private Investment in Space Projects. He is actively involved in Space Law projects with University of Paris XI, France and various entities in USA, India and UAE.

Sethu is a founding Partner of Menon’s Legal registered in Dubai and brings a wealth of experience in legal, business development and intellectual property to Tomars Initiative.

Vikas is a founding Partner of Tomars Initiative.

He is an Immersive Infotainment Business Strategy & Deployment Veteran with expertise in Green Field Ventures. He has a strong background in development and implementation of proven EduTainment Enterprise platforms, products and strategies.

Vikas is applying his experience in technology design, authoring and speaking to oversee the digital metaverse and marketing for Tomars Initiative.

Paul is a founding Partner and CEO of Tomars Initiative.

He has served as Director of a number of firms working internationally in the field of business development, IT and process development, Business services and management. He has developed a number of successful incubators in a variety of industries including BioTech, Natural Resources, Information Technology, Communications and Space Support technology.

Paul oversees project management and business development for Tomars Initiative.

Dr Kwon is Strategic Technical Advisor to Tomars Initiative.

He served a 15 year tenure as Professor at Suwon Womens college, Korea before leaving to join the private sector. He now serves as Vice President of Digital Convergence Agency Korea and actively consults to the AI and Drone industry.

Dr Kwon is a published author recognised in the field of AI and drone implementation. He works with a number of police authorities across the globe for design and implementation of drone support for police and drug enforcement agencies. He also works in Africa and South East Asia implementing drone and AI recgonition technology for wildlife monitoring and protection, and the delivery of medical supplies to remote locations.

Dr Huff is Strategic Technical Advisor to Tomars Initiative.

Dr Huff's career spanned 2 decades as a Senior Executive and Continuity Officer in the information governance industry before he moved into more diverse fields. He has served as an Americorps VISTA and advisor to the San Francisco Mayor's office before transferring to United Sates Peace Corp on assignment as Cultural Relationship Manager in Georgia, followed by Peoples Republic of China.

Currently Dr Huff serves in US Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Field Policy & Management as Senior Community Liaison for Region 5, USA.

He works closely with social and environmental issues with communities in USA and Africa promoting community stability and sustainability via localised programs and resources. He is heavily involved in the design and use of AI tools to help with the needs of mental and emotional health in the youth and community at large.

Dr Ludik is Technolgy & AI Advisor to Tomars Initiative.

Dr. Ludik is a smart technology entrepreneur, AI expert, founder of multiple AI companies, author, AI ecosystem builder, and award-winning AI Leader with a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence. Over the past 25+ years Dr Ludik has developed a wealth of experience in AI, Data Science and its applications.

He is the Founder and CEO of Cortex Group and Cortex Logic, focused on providing scalable ultra-personalized AI-enabled wellness solutions. He is the Founder and President of the Machine Intelligence Institute of Africa (MIIA) focused on transforming Africa and the world through AI.

Dr Ludik also consults to various social and technological projects as senior advisor working to build a platform to improve the decision making ability for the general populace through better information sources and analysis utilising beneficial AI tools.

Dr Chai is Research & Development Advisor to Tomars Initiative.

Dr Chai is a Genetic research Scientist with a specialisation in periodontal diseases and surgery. She is a practicing MD and Dental Surgeon. She has worked in multiple regions in the Asia Pacific heading up research and laboratory management for major universities and public hospital chains in HongKong, Singapore, Australia and China.

Dr Chai's work includes creation and implementation of procedural and training programs for private and public hospital systems and clinics, as well as training for major medical firms on new and prototype equipment. Dr Chai's current work involves her mentoring businesses in medical and research procedure as well as key-note speaking on medical, periodontal and genetic equipment and research methodologies.

Dr Karim is Space Medicine & Systems Advisor to Tomars Initiative.

Working as a consultant in Space Medicine and Physiology Dr Karim has developed and published medical guidelines for orbital space tourism. He is a research Fellow in Neurovestibular Physiology at the University of Texas Galverston.

Dr Karim also has a Masters in Space Studies from the International Space University in Strasbourg France, and a certification in Space Systems Engineering & Mission Design from the Stevens Institute of Technology Hoboken, New Jersey, USA.

Dr Karim was the first recipient of the Dr John L McLucas Award for the study of Space Safety, awarded by the Arthur C Clarke Foundation, Washington DC.

Mr Sharma is Innovation & Business Development Advisor to Tomars Initiative.

Suresh is a leading entrepenuer with a background in aerospace and project development. He has worked for major government and defense aerospace projects across the globe. He has experience working with Indian, Russian, UK and USA aerospace agencies as well as leading major projects for GE aerospace for over 20 years. Suresh was part of the team which developed the 6-sigma methodologies out of GE business development studios.

Currently Suresh heads up a vibrant business ecosystem development company out of Atlanta, USA. This company, iHub, is a highly successful innovation incubator and is currently undergoing a major expansion phase to the Middle East and Indian regions. Suresh has a deep history in technology and R&D funds within the business and aerospace industry sectors.

Mr Burn is Space & Communications Systems Advisor to Tomars Initiative.

Anthony is an executive in Space and ICT4D-enabled development, through coalition building for Global Health and Climate Change. Anthony has broadbased experience working in a number of roles for global and regional government and NGO entities. He has represented and advised the Global Fund, UNITAR, the World Bank and UNOSAT.

Anthony's work includes payload and communications advisory roles to the ISS and multiple space agencies across USA, UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand. He is heavily involved in development of uplift programs for emerging space programs and has played a lead role in the African region for implementation of social solutions utilising space based communications and development.

Ms Bainbridge is Program & Space Safety Systems Advisor to Tomars Initiative.

Evelyn started her career designing new paradigm education programs for advanced students around the world. She moved into the space industry mentoring and advising design incubators in program development, project control and product marketing.

In 2021 she took a position with TSTI (an established training partner for NASA, ESA and other emerging space programs) redesigning and implementing their mission control and engineering curriculum.

Most recently she holds the position of Senior Assistant to the Chief Engineer for Firehawk Aerospace implementing regulatory controls, safety systems and program development.

Mr Baral is Education Advisor to Tomars Initiative.

Prior to founding Vridhee Technologies Dipyaman worked for a number of global technology development companies and reknowned research institutions. He has been a strategic developer and implementation lead for the banking and education sectors working on global ERP development projects in India, China and Saudi Arabia.

In 2022 Dipyaman founded Vridhee Technologies in an effort to provide a multilingual platform for eduction curriculums allowing students to improve their learning capacity within their own social demographic. This plaform has gone on to win awards from the education and government sector and is now being implemented across a variety of public sector education facilities within Inida and Malaysia - including a roll out to 800 publc schools across India.

Mr Wessels is Infrastructure Advisor to Tomars Initiative.

Sean holds a Masters of Architecture with broad experience in infrastructure design for municipal projects throughout the African continent and Europe.

After initially working in a number of major design facilities in Europe and South Africa, Sean founded Dontabla Architects. Dontabla has successfully worked throughout Africa and Europe designing municipal, institutional and residential infrastructure, creating an impressive portfolio of achievements and awards. Working with both national and local governments Dontabla have been commissioned to design medical, educational and government facilities including hospitals and university campuses.
