
The XperienceSpace Initiative is set to become the focal point for building the support commercial & industrial ecosystem supporting the UAE vision for space. The initiative is founded on four core pillars:
• Public Engagement & Community: Raising awareness and inspiring innovation by addressing Earth’s challenges, creating new opportunities for UAE’s growth in the space economy. A space for Emiratis to touch their dreams.
• Education & Talent Pipeline: Developing future leaders by applying UAE-driven solutions to global and space challenges, strengthening national expertise and resilience.
• Industry Development & Support: Creating initiatives to develop cutting-edge solutions addressing local and global needs, driving UAE’s leadership in space and hiTech industries.
• Research & Development: Developing products & services needed to solve Earth’s sustainability challenges and build a competitive, future-ready space sector for UAE.
The initative contains a comprehensive set of collaborative programs establishing industry, knowledge and technology transfer to the UAE. The initiative is also developing global visibility for UAE programs through eveents, collaborations, tourism and promotion throughout industry and educaational sectors.
To provide a focal point for UAE Space Community and collaboration between industry, technology developers, education and government XperienceSpace is developing UAE Space City - a scaleable smart city dedicated to the development of the global space economy centered in UAE.
At the center of UAE Space City XperienceSpace is building the UAE Space Welcome Center - a gateway to the UAE vision for space and the focus of developing future leaders in the space economy, investment and technology development.
XperienceSpace promotes UAE leadership in Research & Development, Exploration and Investment in the space economy and is establishing the local infrastructure supporting the UAE vision for the future.

A scalable, future-ready economic zone dedicated to innovation, education, enterprise and development of cutting-edge technologies, resources and investment in space and environment. A city where industry and community collaborate to support the UAE vision for the future.
As a futuristic Smart City, UAE Space City concentrates development of technologies supporting the objectives defined in the UAE strategies for the economy, environment and space programs.
A Special Economic Zone supporting establishment of the UAE Space Nation - propelling UAE to leadership in the global space economy.

At the heart of UAE Space City, the UAE Space Welcome Centre is a gateway to the nation's vision for space. More than a simple visitor centre the Welcome Centre is a showcase of innovation, a bridge to public engagement and industry collaboration - inspiring our youth and future generations.
Designed to educate and immerse visitors, the centre transports them into the UAE’s journey to space - from the earliest steps though to the exciting vision of Mars 2117. Internally the centre is designed as a futuristic habitat with interactive exhibits, immersive simulations, and technology showcases, engaging people and providing fun, hands-on learning, research, and development opportunities.
The Welcome Center also contains a space museum, space cafe, merchandise shop, live space streams, sustainable environments forum and kids planet - giving kids an unforgettable experience learning through fun. This inspiring immersive environment makes the UAE Space Welcome Centre a dynamic space for youth engagement, industry networking, and private investment.
As a hub for research, product development, education and events the Welcome Center champions national and global interest in UAE’s future in space - driving exponential growth in the UAE space sector.

A global collaborative program developing an environmental Biome module, currently being discussed for launch to LEO and commissioning within a 2030+ launch window.
Based in UAE the program addresses critical needs of food production, social wellbeing, and life support for long-duration space missions and extraterrestrial habitats. The project collaboration team currently consists of multiple commercially established companies and specialist consultants from the environmental, agricultural, engineering and space sectors.
Program outcomes:
• an independent environmental Biome module supporting UAE objectives
• solutions for mitigation of risks involved in long duration missions
• extensive R&D opportunities for future technologies within UAE

Supporting the engineering, simulation, modelling and data storage needs of UAE Space City is an AI ready, high-end GPU super computing hypercenter. The hypercenter provides high-end data services, support to industry and community infrastructure within Space City, and service to the greater UAE region.
The simulation and modelling capacity necessary for the UAE Space Welcome center, industry design and engineering infrastructure, and Space City AI development are also serviced from the hypercenter. The center acts as a hub for global collaborations with industry such as the "Eyes on the Edge of the Universe" program.
• High level cyber security-by-design allows multi-tenant capacity within a secure framework.
• The center has a modular development model allowing expansion in discrete phases as demand increases.
• Bundled within the hypercenter is the introduction of cutting-edge power management and generation technologies.

A partnership with DCF and SYMBA of USA for phased development of an energy generation facility will supply the energy needs of UAE Space City. The facility is developed in a phased manner starting at 200MW moving to 2GW(min) capacity as demand increases.
The facility is primarily designed to support the energy requirements of UAE Space City reducing the drain on UAE energy resources however, the facility is being developed in a manner ensuring support for offtake of energy to supply the surrounding UAE region.
Additional to the standard energy generation, the facility is developing a sustainable energy resource park utilising sources such as solar and storage. The sustainable energy park is modular in design starting at 200MW and moving up to 2GW as demand inceases.
Further solar energy sources support the extensive transport network within UAE Space City. The capacity of these sources grows commensurate with the energy requirements of the transport infrastructure within UAE Space City.

A Joint venture with AGUASOL and PHEONIX out of Spain, is developing a water generation facility within UAE Space City. The facility will incorporate desalination, recovery, recycling and generation of municipality hydro needs.
The facility is primarily dedicated to production of water for UAE Space City requirements however, the capacity and services are intended to expand providing supply and servicing of the surrounding UAE region.
The facility is located within the UAE Space City Environmental Park ensuring accesss to, participation in, and support of the latest techology developments and implementation.

A major component of the sustainability of UAE Space City, the Environmental Park is the collaboration point for R&D and implementation of environmental and agricutlrual programs into the future.
As well as supporting the development of environment, food, and social habitation programs for space, the environmental park is dedicated to provision of solutions to the major environmental difficulties facing the Earth into the future.
A key pre-requisit of collaboration partners within the environmental park is provision of solutions supporting UAE national initiatives for greening UAE and improvement of future environmental sustainability within regional Middle East.

The Habitat Development Hub is part of the overall infrastructure design of UAE Space City. The project is working in conjunction with the Food-in-Space Biome project developing analog sites for on-ground testing of equipment and processes.
The development of physical habitats, equipment, materials and procedures to build habitats in varying environments is a necessary part of any space program. The ability to test and iterate development of such equipment and modules requires extensive and exact analog sites and facilities. the Habitat Development Hub is the central location wihtin UAE Space City for these analog development sites.
Partners in this development include major habitat research companies such as Lunares, HabMarte and IBMP.
The Hub includes analog habitat spaces, system design and testing facilities and is on track to have an analog habitat developed and functioning for the Food-in-Space Biome by Q4 2026.

UAE Space Community is the meeting point for everyone wanting to be involved with space in UAE. Youth, schools, universities, industry, families and government use the UAE Space Community as a central location to disseminate information, introduce themselves, introduce programs and technology, and participate in building the UAE Space Nation.
The Community is designed in 3 component parts:
On-line virtual platform: A complete platform with information libraries, forums, education, personal space profiles, announcements, activities, industry and employment dedicated to the development of the UAE space program.
Physical Outreach Program: A comprehensive set of programs promoting the active involvement of people and industry in the UAE space program and objectives. These activities focus on inspiring the youth to become involved with the future of the UAE strategies for space, and developing industry to build the local support infrastructure and human resources supporting UAE strategies.
My Astronaut Profile: A program allowing youth and industry to build a personal profile of achievements, qualifications and participation in the UAE Space Nation. The profile documents a life-long experience in the UAE Space Nation for work experience, education and particpation - from their first visit to the UAE Space Welcome Center to their experiences in industry.
The UAE Space Community is a fun engaging way of encouraging continued participation in, and the sustainability of the UAE strategies for the future.

A comprehensive set of programs designed to help integrate industry, community and education - developing talent and engagement within youth, industry and commuity in general. The programs promote UAE initiatives and encourage individuals and industry to participate.
The goal of the programs is to develop a national identity as a Space Nation and a collaborative platform for engagement with the future of humanity in space.
Program outcomes:
• development of industry and people to a higher level of readiness to join the space program.
• identification and development of markets within the UAE space sector.
• increased participaton and innovation in technology development based in UAE.
These outcomes will drive markets and engagement of investment within the UAE space economy, developing UAE as a global leader in investment and program implementation in the future space economy.

Working with leading 3D printing developers, such as SpaceTime-4D, Tomars Initiative is establishing an industry surrounding design and development of 3D printing machines and materials within UAE.
UAE has a strong presence in the 3D printing design and usage sector and now needs the infrastructure enabling development of equipment and materials to support this presence. The 3D/4D printing program is enacting technology and knowledge transfer to UAE in order to develop the components necessary for creation of printing services and materials needed for replicators in space.
Establishment of this industry sector locally within UAE will ensure primary investment and leadership is maintained into the future.

This program is a collaboration led by Tomars Initiative bringing major industry for research and development of materials necessary for hiTech and space development.
A number of specific technologies are currently under discussion with factories for development of nano-tube, fullerenes as well as additives and alloys looking to locate to UAE.
University collaborations are being developed within UAE and globally to support the generative research needed for such materials.
Raw material sources are currently being secured from Australia, Asia, Africa and South America to support the development at scale within UAE.

A program to develop the regulatory system allowing manned operation of personal airborne vehicles. The program is primarily focused on providing UAE with a template structure which can be exported globally, establishing UAE as the global leader within the industry sector.
This program has been running since 2020 and is working with industry and government to ensure there is a template for design, development, testing, operation and policing of manned personal airborne vehicles.
The program is headed by leads in the industry and has also developed sandbox equipment and analogs for testing the usage and development of standardized design, equipment, operating and safety mechanisms for PAV’s.
Project outcomes:
• franchising of a standardized regulatory control template
• systems for standard design, testing, manufacture, operation and policing of PAV’s
• a fleet of ready to fly vehicles for rollout to the market in UAE and other regions.

Eyes on the Edge of the Universe is a consortium of economic and technology programs supporting objectives for deep space observation and inter-operability with future programs. The methodology of the program is to provide a viable economic and technological pathway to realising development and usage of space observation and survey equipment into the future.
The program, centered in UAE Space City, gathers a global collaboration of researchers, innovators and industry to develop and deploy the necessary technologies and make them commercially available to all.
Long-term milestones include arrays of orbital and ground stations and a major launch of next generation space telescopes - beyond James Webb.
A permanent exhibit in the UAE Space Welcome Center is a live streamed transmission experience from technology deployed by Eyes on the Edge of the Universe. This is a spectacular immersive experience seeing and feeling space with your own eyes. The exhibit encompasses amazing views of planets, suns, constellations, and the infinite wonders of the cosmos.

The Space Survey, Mining and Logistics Chain Development program is designed to support and further the UAE strategic vision for asteroid and space mining. The program involves specific industry and R&D programs which create a pathway to development of the logistics and technology necessary to establishing a space resource mining program.
A component of this program is development of a regulatory template and system which can be policed in a similar manner to current Earth based resource industry programs. This template ensures UAE leadership in development of space resource regulation and provides a globally exportable program for UAE.
The goal of the program is 2-fold:
• develop the technologies and regulatory controls necessary for sustainable space resource gathering
• create a phased pathway for creation of markets, technology and logistical needs for this new industry sector.
The program is a global collaborative program managed from UAE, which defines the technologies and pathways to economically sustainable utilization of space-borne resources. Development of the program provides multiple revenue opportunities for UAE, develops the local IP pool, and provides benefits to the local economy.
Program outcomes include:
• UAE control of deep space logistic chains
• primary development opportunities in space for UAE.

A collaborative deep space science mission to the Centaurs.
This mission encompasses opportunities for the development of local space programs through engagement of local industry, institutions and community. The program provides mentoring, education, design, mission control and payload development.
Olympus Mission is headed by Mr Alan Stern who previously headed the New Horizons mission to Pluto. The mission is a 10 year program currently in Phase B, aiming for a 2032 launch window.

Tomars Initiative is partnered with Nexus Space Port to develop near equatorial, east facing space launch facilities.
These facilities are private developments backed by national government initiatives for the development of national infrastructure and economic growth. They offer provision of on-site sovereign space for development of programs and in-expensive launch services.
The first of these facilities are currently under construction and design survey in Mozambique and Philippines.
The facilities offer sovereign space to UAE agencies, programs and companies for near region development, testing and launch services.

A modular application development platform which has currently completed development and testing, and is looking towards a 2027 launch window to LEO.
The platforms are unmanned sofware and hardware service modules. Services provided are customisable and allow a broad range of development opportunities in space. As the first commercially deployed development platform, ARKYSIS is looking to establish itself as the standard for unmanned orbital development platforms. The platforms are modular and scalable, allowing development at scale.
Future plans are to locate development platforms within CIS-Lunar orbits.
Current placement and utilization orders have been signed, pending launch and orbital testing.

Working with Cortex Logic out of Switzerland, Tomars Initiative is developing the concept design for an advanced personal AI assistant.
This application already has development in AI assisted intervention in depression and youth suicide, winning a number of awards and being implemented across a number of African and European nations.
The project is currently working on a plug ‘n play AI platform allowing 3rd party applications to provide a broader level of assistance in general decision making during daily life.
The program is also working with leading AI developers and Professors to develop a set of regulatory guiderails to ensure safe operation and control procedures for any level of direct AI intervention in such areas. These guiderails will provide UAE with a globally exportable commodity for regulation of AI and privacy within the general community.

In collaboration with Huff Technologies of USA, Tomars Initiative is developing an AI assisted wearable intervention system for amygdala hijacking (extreme loss of control leading to rage). The project will combine with the CORTEX Logic AI Assistant project to produce a comprehensive social diagnosis program and device which will assist in general decision making in daily life.
The project has an emphasis on supporting the youth and disenfranchised and has broad acceptance in the USA and African regions.
